BELLY PUNISHMENT - Eve Star & Sam Stout

Eve and Sam are ready to get training on strengthening their bellies! They both have their shorts and gloves on and they trade off punching each other in the belly to help their cores. You can see Eve’s belly get pink quickly, and Sam almost stumbles with the power of Eve’s punches. They move up to doing quick-fire rounds and let their fists fly! Next, the rounds get up close and personal while they push into each other, but even that doesn’t seem to be enough for these well-trained fighters. Eve suggests that they take the gloves off and hit with just the wraps, and Sam thinks this is a perfect plan. They go back to striking each other’s bellies and they can both really take the hits! They’re both getting pink but their punches don’t stop and they just keep breathing through it. You can tell they train on this regularly. They go back and forth from slow to fast, flexing through it all. They go to trading punches one-for-one, and you can see the sheer force with each strike. Eve wraps up on Sam with a few up close shots, and Sam is impressed. He knows Eve is about to win her next fight!
